When
should I order my wedding stationery?
Usually
invitations are sent out between 6 weeks and 3 months before
your wedding. We definitely recommend that you contact us
as soon as possible so that there is plenty of time for
samples to be produced and designs to be finalised even
if you don't want your invites to be produced until later.
If you are in a rush or have short notice please do contact
us and we'll see what we can do for you.
How
long will it take for my invites to arrive?
Once
a design has been chosen your invitations should take around
4 weeks from sign off of your sample but we will advise
of an approximate despatch date for each part of your order.
This can very depending on he size of your order and complexity
of your design but if we are working towards a certain date
we always aim to meet it and do not take on orders that
we think we can't fulfil on time.
Can
I order samples?
Yes
of course. Samples are £5.00 each including postage,
this can be paid by cheque and we will aim to send out all
samples within 10 working days. This does not include bespoke
designs.
How
can I pay for my order?
We
currently only accept cheques but we are looking to upgrade
very soon.
What
are your P&P charges?
Delivery
charges are between £5
and £15 delivery for all wedding stationery to UK addresses
and £25 for Ireland, Channel Isles and Isle of Man.
Table plans are separate to this and vary depending on size
from £10 upwards.
Is
there a minimum order?
No,
you can order as many or as few items as you like. We can
offer discounts for larger orders or multiple items.
Can I order future items
at a later date?
If
you discover that you have not ordered enough wedding stationery
or would like to purchase extra items then contact us as soon
as possible to see if we can meet your requirements. We will
always endeavor to find time for you.
Can
your invites be made to match my colour scheme?
Yes,
nearly all of our wedding stationery can be matched to your
colour scheme. When ordering please if possible send us a
colour sample to match to. We will contact you if this is
not possible but it usually is.
Can the wording be changed
on the front of the invitation?
Yes,
all of our designs lend themselves to text changes.
Please contact us to ask your request is viable for your chosen
invitation design.
What if I am not pleased
with my order?
In the unlikely case that
you are not pleased with your order, we will only exchange
if the items are faulty or an error has been made by us. All
the faulty stationery must be returned to us before any amendments
made. We ask that you approve your personalised wedding stationery
before it is made, as exchanges after completion of order
cannot be given for errors on stationery if they are in line
with the signed proof.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel
your wedding stationery order you may do so, but once the
deposit has been paid this is non-refundable. If work has
commenced then we may need to collect the final payment to
cover the costs already incurred. See our terms and conditions

What do you do with my
personal details?
We only collect your personal
information for your order. We do not pass our clients' information
on to third parties.
