Choosing your package table plan - Please read:

Table Menus - Included in your package is an A2 table plan that will be displayed upon an easel the venue, they have the easel there ready and waiting. 

Below is the information on the different types of plan upgrades.

A table plan lets your guests know which table they will be sat at during the wedding breakfast. 

Plan Types:

A2 & A1 Printed table plans are printed on board so they support themselves when sat on an easel.

Copper Frame Hanging Plan - Available in copper or black, this plan features hanging panels tied onto the copper frame with a tie or ribbon of your choice. The price includes the hire of the copper frame and set up at Woodlands. The wording at the top can say 'Welcome' or something like 'Find your Seat' etc. Alternatively you can have 1 single large panel rather than 3 separate panels if you prefer.

Copper Frame Hanging Plan - inc your Welcome sign - If you wish, we can use the budget for your A2 wedding sign towards the cost of this upgrade, as this plan design can feature welcome wording. If you choose this then you won't get a separate A2 welcome sign to place elsewhere at Woodlands.

NOTE: We'll be adding black frames shortly too, if you're interested, ask us about this and we'll confirm availability.

Additionally - Stems floral designs (the florist who provides the Woodlands package flowers) can quote to provide floral and candle arrangements to go at the base of this style of plan - see our socials for pics of this.

Luxe Framed Plans are A1 in size. We can order in these beautiful ornate frames in Bridal white, Warm silver, True Gold, Black, or Antique Cream. You can choose whether to have a print only plan within this frame, or choose one of our multi panel plans with your choice of embellishment.
